Terms & Conditions — The Great Youdini

Welcome to The Great Youdini, operated by Jane Shin. These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of thegreatyoudini.com (the “Website”) and to readings and coaching sessions you book through the Website or its linked scheduling service (the “Services”). Please read them before booking. By booking a Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not book.

1. What I offer

The Great Youdini offers spiritual teaching, personal readings, relationship compatibility readings, and one-on-one coaching. A description, duration, and current price for each offering appear on the Website or booking page. The details shown at checkout govern your specific booking if they differ from general descriptions elsewhere on the Website.

Readings may draw on Vedic astrology, Human Design, Gene Keys, Tarot, and other reflective or spiritual frameworks, as described for the particular offering. Coaching is a collaborative process of reflection and personal practice. Neither readings nor coaching promise a particular result, predict an inevitable future, or make decisions for you. You remain responsible for your own choices and actions.

2. Professional scope

Website content and Services are for educational, spiritual, and personal-development purposes. I do not provide medical or mental-health diagnosis or treatment, psychotherapy, financial advice, or legal advice through these Services. A session is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Please seek appropriate professional support for health, mental-health, legal, financial, or urgent safety concerns. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

3. Eligibility and information you provide

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or participate in a Service, unless I have expressly agreed otherwise in writing and applicable law permits it. Please provide accurate contact and booking information. For a reading, I may ask for birth date, birth time, and birth location. The accuracy and depth of a reading may depend on the accuracy of that information; please tell me when a birth time is uncertain.

For a relationship reading, you may be asked for another person’s birth information. Provide it only if you have the right to share it, and share only what is needed for the reading. I will use the information you submit to prepare and deliver your session as explained in the Privacy Policy, thegreatyoudini.com/privacy-policy. Please avoid sending sensitive details that are unrelated to the Service.

4. Booking and payment

Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed when you receive a scheduling confirmation. Payment is due in full at booking. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Any applicable tax, if charged, will be shown before payment. A three-session coaching purchase includes three sessions of the duration stated at checkout; it does not renew automatically unless a separate offer expressly says so.

5. Rescheduling, cancellation, and missed sessions

Please use the link in your confirmation email or contact connect@thegreatyoudini.com to request a change. Client changes: You may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. If you cancel a session before the stated cancellation deadline, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid for that session. If you cancel after the deadline or do not attend, the session will be considered forfeited and will not be refunded or credited toward a future booking. For a three-session package, a late cancellation or missed appointment counts as one session; the remaining sessions stay available.

Three-session package cancellations: If you cancel the entire package before your first session and before the stated cancellation deadline, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel the remainder of the package after it has begun, each completed session will be charged at the standard single-session rate of $397. You will receive a refund of the remaining balance, provided you cancel before the deadline for your next scheduled session. A session canceled after that deadline or missed will count as a used session. Three-session packages are for the named client only and cannot be transferred to another person. All three sessions much be completed within six months of the purchase date.

Approved funds will be processed within three to five business days. Once processed, the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your band or payment provider.

If I need to cancel or reschedule, I will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and offer a new time. If we cannot find a suitable replacement, I will refund the amount paid for any session I cannot provide. If technical problems prevent us from completing a meaningful portion of a session, we will arrange a reasonable continuation or rescheduled time.

6. Video sessions and participation

Sessions generally take place by video call unless the booking description says otherwise. You are responsible for a suitable private space, a working internet connection, and the device needed to join. Please join your video session on time. If you arrive up to 15 minutes late, we can continue, but the session may still end at its scheduled time. If you have not joined within 15 minutes of the scheduled start, I may be unable to conduct the session and we may need to reschedule. Please contact me as soon as possible if you are having trouble joining. Neither of us may record a session without the other’s prior express consent.

Our conversations are intended to be respectful and collaborative. I may decline or end a session if participation becomes abusive, threatening, or otherwise unsafe. In that event, any refund or credit will be determined under the cancellation policy above and applicable law.

7. Privacy and communications

My Privacy Policy thegreatyoudini.com/privacy-policy explains how I collect, use, store, and share personal information, including contact details, scheduling information, and any birth data you submit. Session scheduling, payments, video calls, and email may be handled by third-party providers under their own terms and privacy practices. I will not add you to promotional emails solely because you booked a session; you can choose to subscribe separately and unsubscribe using the link in those emails.

8. Website content and permitted use

Unless otherwise indicated, the original text, teachings, artwork, branding, and other content on this Website are owned by or licensed to The Great Youdini. You may view them for personal, noncommercial use. Please do not reproduce, sell, distribute, or present them as your own without prior written permission, except as permitted by law. Any third-party quotations, images, or linked content remain subject to their respective rights holders’ terms.

You agree not to misuse the Website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use its content unlawfully. Links to other websites or platforms are provided for convenience; I do not control their content or practices.

9. Availability, changes, and responsibility

I aim to keep Website information accurate and the Website available, but may update offerings, prices, content, or features. Price changes do not change the price of a booking already confirmed and paid for, unless you agree to a change. I do not guarantee uninterrupted Website access or any particular personal, relational, or spiritual outcome from a Service.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Great Youdini is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Website or Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.

10. Disagreements and governing law

If a concern arises, please contact me first at connect@thegreatyoudini.com so we can try to resolve it. These Terms are governed by the laws of California and subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

11. Updates and contact

I may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above will show when they were last revised. The version in effect when you completed a booking governs that booking unless we agree otherwise or a change is required by law.
